When funding is scarce and demand is high, how can we think and work collaboratively rather than competitively to improve success of funding applications and ensure funding coming into the city is supporting the goals of the city as a whole? Also, how can we influence funders so that funding application processes are fairer and also of use to the applicants even if they’re not successful?
