With a clear and thoughtful project brief in place, you’re now ready to move into the “Getting Results” phase.
The 'Getting Results' phase is a planning and prototyping phase where your ideas start to take shape. This is where you begin translating insight into action by designing, testing and refining potential solutions.
Before you dive in, take a moment to check in with your team. Ask yourselves:
- Have we fully explored the problem?: Have we understood the root causes, gathered a variety of perspectives and listened deeply to the people affected?
- Do we clearly understand stakeholder needs?: Are we confident that the voices and experiences of the community are reflected in our brief?
- Is our project direction clear and agreed upon?: Are all key players aligned on what success looks like and how we plan to get there?
- Are we confident in our next steps?: Do we know what needs to happen first, who’s leading it, and what support we need?
