Code of conduct

As a participant in the Future Towns Innovation Hub, I commit to:

1. Respecting others' privacy and opinions.
2. Avoiding the imposition of religious or political beliefs.
3. Seeking consent before involving others.
4. Not requesting or accepting money or gifts.
5. Using possessions with permission.
6. Treating others with respect.

I also recognise that the University of Southampton champions equality for all members. Any concerns should be addressed with our coordinators before proceeding with an exchange.

I am aware that the University of Southampton prioritises member safety.

Understanding that the University of Southampton values each member and expects high standards, my rights and responsibilities include:

1. Being treated with dignity, care and respect.
2. Adhering to this code of conduct.
3. Ensuring everyone's time is valued equally.
4. Maintaining confidentiality.
5. Creating comfortable exchanges.
6. Contacting our platform's coordinators in challenging situations.
7. Being punctual and accepting advice.

If dissatisfied with services from other members, I understand that I should inform the platform's coordinators.
