Our vision
A new Supplementary Planning Document that offers objective, pragmatic, wellness-based guidance with measurable impact on our local built and natural environment.
Our plan
Identify the relevant place plan objectives, elements of available health data and existing and emerging planning policy.
Identify measurable data/targets and establish baseline.
Write new supplementary planning document based on item 1.
Consult with key stakeholders including Cowes Town Council and Local Planning Authority.
Achieve adoption of the SPD.
Measure impact over time to inform any required updates.
