This team will coordinate the development of a compelling funding proposal to design, build, and demonstrate a federated AI model for Hampshire and the Solent. This group will bring together universities, industry leaders, local authorities, and community stakeholders to define governance structures, collaboration frameworks, and engagement strategies that ensure inclusive adoption and measurable impact. Through co-creation and stakeholder involvement, the working group will shape a roadmap that drives innovation, boosts productivity, and positions the region as a national exemplar for distributed AI infrastructure.
