Whether you’ve given or received help, attended an event, joined a team or supported the Love Your Place programme, logging your hours tracks your engagement.

We use a timebanking system: one hour equals one time credit, and both you or your collaboration can log your hours.

  • Recognise and celebrate the value of people’s time.

  • Ensure fairness in giving and receiving support.

1. Record an exchange

Sign in to Future Towns, then choose “Record an exchanges” from the main menu.

2. I gave / received time

Select whether you gave or received time and follow on-screen instructions.*

* Tip: To speed things up, enter the member's username (found in their profile URL) into the box.

3. View your impact

Once you've saved your hours, your can view your impact here.
