Hello Everyone, I'm the Dean of the School of Business, Law and Society and a Professor of Leadership Practice.  I joined SSU in September 2025.  I have a strong commitment to collaborative working, working across the intersections of industries, community and society, and to developing current/future leaders and managers for the dynamic environment we live/work in.  I am a Chartered Manager and Companion of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and the Chair for the South West CMI Regional Board.  I am also an Academic Fellow of the CIPD.  My background is in change management, continuous improvement and leadership practice/development.  Always happy to chat - please do get in touch if there's anything that I, or our multidisciplinary team at Solent, can do to support you.
