I'm the Public Partnerships Manager at the Primary Care Research Centre, University of Southampton, and I’m proud to champion research that starts with communities, not just about them.

Every project we run is shaped by the priorities, insights and lived experiences of the people we serve. We collaborate closely with public contributors, community groups, and charities at every stage, ensuring our work is meaningful, accessible and grounded in real‑world need.

I’m deeply passionate about inclusive, equitable research and about creating spaces where everyone’s voice can influence change.
