Geoff Glover is a Founder and Steering Committee member of TechSolent.

Geoff's career as an HR professional has spanned 35 years. He undertook 3 global vice president positions for Volvo Cars and a wide range of HR positions, both in the UK and internationally for Ford Motor Company. Geoff has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to social responsibility. He was a founding member of Business South. He started the Business South HR Forum. He was a founding member of TechSolent and sits on the Steering Committee. He chaired a regional competence organisation and was on a steering group to support the development of technical careers in the West of Sweden. He has been a School Governor for two schools, was a committee member of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Learning and Skills Council, and chaired the People and Competitiveness Committee for a Regional Development Agency.
