I work in education access and support in Southampton city council. I oversee the Careers hub and NEET work for years 12 & 13. I have worked in careers education for 26 years starting as a careers adviser in south Wales and moving to Southampton to be part of the Connexions service. As a volunteer I am Trustee with Lordshill Youth project and a school governor in Hampshire where I live.
