Employer Engagement Coordinator

I work within the Careers, Employability and Student Enterprise (CESE) service at the University of Southampton, where our Employer Engagement team helps organisations build meaningful connections across the University.

Whether you’re looking for extra resources, fresh thinking, or student support with research, analytics, software testing, or improving business processes, we’d love to hear from you.

We can support SMEs, charities and CICs to access grant funding to bring a student intern into your organisation, a great way to grow capacity while supporting emerging talent.

We also offer no-cost Student Innovation Projects, giving businesses the chance to collaborate with our students and benefit from new perspectives and creative solutions to real-world challenges.
